Therapy is often a matter of tipping the first domino. It isn't a reflection of how "messed up" you are; it's a reflection of how much you want to improve.

My goal is not to just simply talk about problems and feelings, but to help make positive change from whatever creates barriers in life. That may be anxiety, depression, trauma, or maybe just that very human feeling of being stuck. My specialization is in individual adult and adolescent psychotherapy. In my practice, I believe in uncovering the “why” behind our actions and core beliefs by looking at our pasts along side of our present.

I believe in a holistic approach to wellness. I am also a fitness instructor, so my therapy practice incorporates the synergistic connection of mind and body.

I utilize a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.

I hope to open up a space to anyone in need of growth, healing, and pursuit of mental wellness. It's my belief that mental healthcare should be accessible to all and in turn offer a flexible sliding scale in effort to reduce limitations to receiving services.
